Click “enroll in online banking” under First Time Users and follow the instructions to enroll. Must be done initially on PC and not your Smart Phone.
If your member number is less than 6 digits, you must enter leading zeros to make it 6 digits. (example: member number 8787, must be 008787)
For Current Online Banking Users that have successfully logged on since July 2, 2021: (Members who can’t log on or need reset.)
If you have already changed your User ID and Security Code (Password) since July 2, 2021 you must use the ID that you changed to with a minimum of 6 characters. (Not your member number). If not, proceed to First Time Users instructions.
Enter your Security Code (Password) that is a minimum of 9-16 characters, containing upper and lower case letters, at least one number and one special character. If you forgot your password you can request one to be emailed. You must update your email address.
NOTE: FOR ALL USERS: after you change your User ID, you must use the new ID at all times going forward. You will not be able to use your old member number ID.
